What a pleasant surprise to see the article on the on my Father, Bud Petry and Granny Grabil. Dad would love it, His beloved fire dept and Navy. We attended a few reunions for the USS Bollinger. Great memories.

I would like to say thank you to the New Windsor Fire Department and the companies they partnered with on Saturday May 30th to give away 2 free gallons of milk. This was a wonderful way to support their community and I am looking forward to the upcoming drive thru fundraiser so that I can support them!

As a former Jr. member I enjoyed my membership with the NWFD. Now & again I check back to see what's happening with y'all. Apparatus has changed since I was there. Would like to see a members photo to see who's still around. Still proud to have been a member. Keep up the the good work.

I just wanted to give a thumbs up to Mike Knight and Pete Newman. They are exceptional and made a scary trip trough the flooded streets of Baltimore, safe and entertaining!

Great looking website. I was able to attend this year's carnival after not being able to come for over 15 years!!! I was there with my grandkids and it was awesome, everyone had a great time for all and a lot of memories for me.

I think it's great the way you guys post things on your web page. Chief Tom Coe always posts your recent events & calls you are dispatched on. He also puts captions under pictures to let you know what happened & who was involved. You guys do a great job.

I wanted to thank Co.10 crews for all their help and hard work on the Fred. Co. 17-36 Brush Fire. Hope there wasn't any damage to B-105. Also, thanks for the write-up on your website. Hopefully within the next couple of weeks, we'll be able to post the same on our new website. By the way, brush fire was determined accidental.

New Windsor is near and dear to my heart so it was great to see the photos of the big snowstorm. Even saw people I know. A certain newphew, Dale.

It also made me think of what Geo. Petry would be saying about the storm and fire dept. if he were still with us. You know guys he's watching so keep sledding.

Thank you all for your hard work this week at the carnival, the food was great and the entertainment was awesome especially when Dave Coe was singing “I feel like a woman” on karaoke night.

My 16 year old cousin was invovled in the single car accident on March 16th, he has been recovering at The University Of Shock Trauma for two and half weeks now he has been moved to Kennedy Kreiger. I wanted to thank who ever was involved in the rescue you SAVED HIS LIFE! Our family is soooooooo thankful for how fast you responded and helped him. He had a factured skull and had to have surgery to remove a blood clot. The surgery happened within an hour of leaving the accident.

He is making a full recovery and once again our family is so thankful for the quick response & a job well done. You helped to save his life! I would really like to know who was involved in his rescue because I am sure that Mikey would like to thank you in person when he gets out of the hospital.

If it is possible can someone please send me an email to tell me the names of the people that were involved in the rescue.

Thank you for saving Mikey's LIFE!

Recently our friend Marcy Munshaur gave me and another friend (Joe Maas) a thorough tour of the new station. It is a great facility and a real benefit for the people of New Windsor and the surrounding areas. While we were there, we had the opportunity to see the company very efficiently and quickly respond to a brush fire.
