The Officers and Members of the New Windsor Fire Department would like to congratulate Firefighter Andrew Vogel on receiving the Carroll County Emergency Service Scholarship. Firefighter Vogel, will soon be graduating from Francis Scott Key High School where he was a member of the National Honor Society and a very active student athlete. Andrew played multiple sports during his time at Francis Scott Key including Football, Corollary Bowling, and Lacrosse. This year Andrew was Captain on the Football Team and served as Captain on the Lacrosse Team for the past two years. On top of all his achievements in school, Andrew is an active Firefighter/EMT responding on incidents with the department.

Andrew plans on attending DeSales University majoring in Medical Studies, has already received early acceptance into Physician Assistance Masters Program.
