| The New Windsor Fire Department is proud to announce the addition of a new coffee bar inside the station—an exciting enhancement that will serve as a welcoming space for our members to recharge, connect, and prepare for service to our community.
This project was made possible through the generosity and support of dedicated community partners and members. We extend our sincere appreciation to J & L Kitchen Cabinetry out of Baltimore for their donation of high-quality kitchen cabinets, which played a key role in bringing this vision to life. Their contribution provided both the functionality and craftsmanship needed to create a professional and inviting space.
We would also like to recognize department member Brian Bowers for his creativity and hard work in making this project a reality. Brian’s idea for the coffee bar helped spark the initiative, and his hands-on efforts—including constructing the space and designing a custom ladder display for mugs—added a unique and personal touch that truly sets this space apart.
The new coffee bar is more than just a place to grab a cup of coffee—it’s a space that fosters camaraderie, supports morale, and enhances the daily experience of our volunteers and career staff.
