| On Wednesday, May 20, 2026, the New Windsor Fire Department proudly hosted its annual Carnival Parade as part of the 2026 Carnival celebration. The parade once again brought together fire departments, community organizations, local businesses, and supporters from across the region for an evening filled with tradition, pride, and community spirit.
The New Windsor Fire Department would also like to thank all of the individuals and families who dodged the raindrops and came out to support this year’s parade. After not being able to hold the parade last year due to scheduled road construction throughout the town, it was great to see the parade make its return to the New Windsor Carnival and once again bring the community together for this longstanding tradition.
Following the parade, judges awarded entries in several categories recognizing outstanding appearance, originality, and community participation.
